I hope you're as excited about diving in as I was creating this for you. Go ahead and schedule 15-30 minutes each day to work on this course. 

I believe in structure with a lot of flexibility so here is the layout of the course.

Module 3: Time & Energy Clarity

  • Different thinking about how you spend your time
  • Overview of how to track your time and energy on the worksheets
  • HW- Track your time and energy over 1 week with the workbook. (No tracking apps for this course at this time).

Module 4: Simplify

  • Ideas to simplify your life
  • Ideas to simplify your business
  • How everything goes together 
  • How to know which of these aligns for you
  • HW - Which sounds best for you and why?

Module 5: Putting it all together

  • HW - Look back over everything and clearly see those 2 extra hours each week


It's all about adapting as challenges and opportunities come up and saying no to things that don't align.

Lesson Activity

In each lesson throughout the course:

  1. Schedule time to work on the course. If it’s not on the calendar, it won’t get done. 
  2. Watch the videos (if available)
  3. Print your worksheets out from your computer, if you prefer to read and watch videos from your phone. If you don't want to print them out, use the pdf's as a guide and handwrite your lessons out.
  4. Go through each lesson
  5. Implement the lesson before moving onto the next one
